Situated on Route d’Arlon in Bertrange, Résidence Toscana is part of the Millewee masterplan—a contemporary district where architecture, sustainability, and community intersect. The project provides twelve thoughtfully designed apartments within a AAA Passive House framework.
The building is arranged across three above-ground storeys and a semi-sunken base, combining functional efficiency with architectural clarity. Its ventilated façade and high-performance glazing define a refined exterior while optimising thermal comfort and acoustic performance. The green roof introduces ecological value, enhances insulation, and contributes to the visual integration of the building within the masterplan.Sustainability is further reinforced by a heat pump, centralised mechanical ventilation system, photovoltaic panels, and rainwater harvesting, forming a holistic approach to energy and resource management.
Résidence Toscana accommodates a range of residential typologies: four garden-level apartments with private outdoor space, six one-bedroom units, and two top-floor apartments with south-facing terraces that maximise daylight and views. Shared facilities at the semi-sunken level—including a communal laundry, private cellars, bicycle storage, and covered parking—will support daily life, while creating a sense of community echoed by the wider Millewee neighbourhood.
